These Free Entry Instructions apply to all PandaBee Giveaways Promotions where a free entry route is offered.
By submitting a free entry, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the PandaBee Giveaways Terms and Conditions, which apply in full to all free entries.
1. Availability of Free Entry
Where a promotion does not require a paid entry or where a free entry route is required for legal compliance, a free postal entry option is available.
Free entry is offered on an equal basis to paid entries and provides the same chance of winning.
2. Who Can Use Free Entry
Free entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who:
- Meet the eligibility requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions; and
- Have a registered account on Website prior to submitting a free entry.
Only ONE Website account per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter for Free (Postal Entry)
To enter by post, send a handwritten entry containing all of the following:
- Your full name;
- Your registered email address (matching your PandaBee account);
- The name of the promotion you wish to enter;
- The correct answer to the question (if applicable);
- A contact telephone number.
Entries must be handwritten in English and submitted individually. Bulk, copied, mechanically reproduced, or third-party entries will be disqualified.

5. Entry Deadlines and Processing
- All postal entries must be received no later than 48 hours before the stated competition Closing Date.
- Entries received after this deadline will not be entered into the competition.
- Proof of posting, proof of sending, or proof of delivery is not accepted as proof of a valid entry.
- Entries are only valid once received, verified, and successfully allocated an entry number by the Promoter.
- The Promoter allows reasonable processing time for postal entries prior to the Closing Date.
6. Limitations
- Only one free entry per envelope is permitted.
- Multiple entries in the same envelope will be treated as a single entry.
- Free entries cannot be submitted on behalf of another person.
7. Acknowledgement
All free postal entries will be recorded on the Website to ensure transparency and auditability. Entrants will receive an email notification confirming whether their postal entry has been accepted or rejected.
8. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify free entries that:
- Do not comply with these instructions;
- Are incomplete, illegible, damaged, or altered;
- Are suspected of fraud or abuse.
9. Relationship to Terms and Conditions
Free entry submissions are subject to the PandaBee Giveaways Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
